Golden Pickleball Hub (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides pickleball court rentals through our Shopify-powered website. Using our site means you accept these Terms.

2. Court Reservations

  • Bookings must be made through our official website or communication channels.

  • Reservations are confirmed only after full payment.

  • You are responsible for arriving on time.

  • Court rentals are charged per hour unless specified otherwise.

3. Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment options depend on PayMongo-supported methods (e.g., GCash, credit/debit cards).

  • Prices may change without notice.

4. Refunds & Rescheduling

By booking with us, you agree to our Refund Policy.
Key points include:

  • Bookings are non-refundable.

  • One-time rescheduling allowed with 24 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • If we cancel, you may choose a refund or free reschedule.

5. Facility Rules & Conduct

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, all guests must:

  • Use courts and equipment responsibly.

  • Follow staff instructions and safety guidelines.

  • Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

  • Avoid damage or misuse of property.

We may remove individuals violating rules without refund.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability

By playing at our facility, you acknowledge that:

  • Pickleball involves physical activity and inherent risks.

  • You participate voluntarily and assume all risks of injury or loss.

  • Golden Pickleball Hub is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss.

Parents/guardians assume responsibility for minors.

7. Damage to Property

If you intentionally or negligently damage equipment or facility property, repair or replacement fees may be charged.

8. Service Changes

We may modify pricing, services, or availability at any time.
Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of updated terms.

9. Privacy

Your information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the facility for unauthorized events or activities.

  • Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.
