📘 REFUND POLICY

Golden Pickleball Hub

At Golden Pickleball Hub, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable court rental experience. Because our services are based on reserved time slots, our refund policy is designed to protect both customers and operations.


1. Reservation Refunds

All confirmed court rental bookings are non-refundable.
Once a time slot is booked, it is blocked from other customers.


2. Rescheduling Policy

You may request to reschedule if:

  • You notify us at least 24 hours before your booking.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once per booking.

  • Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for refunds.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at your booked time will be considered a no-show.
No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.


4. Cancellations by Golden Pickleball Hub

If we must cancel due to operational or facility issues, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free reschedule to any available slot.


5. Late Arrivals

Your rental period begins at your scheduled time.
Late arrivals will not receive extended time or partial refunds.
